Will it cost me to use The Homes In Greenville Team as my Realtors® when purchasing a home?   Absolutely Not!  You will not get a bill from us when using us as your buyer’s agent.  When acting as your Realtors® in the transaction, we're paid from the seller’s funds at the closing.  The only exception to this might be when you purchase a home sold as "For Sale By Owner." However, even in this instance, our compensation can usually be paid by the seller if you allow us to have the initial contact with the owner.

Can The Homes In Greenville Team show homes that are listed by agents with other companies?  Absolutely!  We can help you with any home listed in the local listing service and provide everything from comparable statistics to property and neighborhood information.

Can The Homes In Greenville Team show foreclosed homes or short sales?  Absolutely!  We have access to and can show you everything from bank owned homes to HUD homes.  We have experience navigating these sometimes tricky transactions as well as short sales.

Can The Homes In Greenville Team show brand new homes or new construction?  Absolutely! We have helped many clients find the perfect new home or builder for their needs.  We will guide you through the whole process just like we would with a resale home, from the negotiations to the walk-through and closing.

If I build a new home, will I pay more if I have The Homes In Greenville Team's representation?  Absolutely Not!  Builders generally have a buyer’s agent’s commission already built into the home’s pricing.  If you don’t have a buyer’s agent representing you, you aren’t saving money - the builder is just making more profit and you have no one representing you.
